We had some seriously ugly sweater entries!

a huge shout-out to my brother @freerunner for modeling his ugly Christmas sweater for me!

This was a great learning experience for me. I learned that I do not like being the judge! It was way harder than I thought it would be to choose winners because all of the submissions were great! Next time I will for sure do it differently.

I want to give a huge thank you to @gringalicious for sponsoring my first contest and being one of my greatest supporters!

I don’t want to be that guy, but the first place image is all over the net, that’s a huge photoshop!

Edit : so is second :-/ - put the images in tineye and you can see.

Oh, my gosh. I didn't even think to check the photos because I didn't think anyone would do that!
And the SBD was already transferred to them from the sponsor!

Wow, that stole everyone's fun.

I agree: @cvmidwife is our real winner and I am working to fix this.

And no, @fourfourfun, you weren't being "that guy." Thank you so much for pointing this out to me. I had literally no idea. It really sucks that people would do that. I'm actually pretty peeved right now because I had fun with this, and now it feels in vain. I really believe in people and I guess I don't assume the worst. My husband tells me I'm too nice sometimes, haha! In fact, he is going to help me with all of this.

Cool Beans!!! Whatever the outcome is, I had a lot of fun and my Grandsons were watching me read through this right now. We all had such a big laugh and they were applauding when we read @cvmidwife is the real winner. They feel like winners too so that is a true win ;)

I’m a big believer in the community side of things and it’s just a bit sad when you see the pure lust angle. I only just thought of it now when I saw first with the floating piece of magic paper! Then I was like “at least second was-ohhh man”.

Don’t give up on these things though, it’s lovely to have a bit of personality and involvement going on!
