Today one of my friend also co- worker of my office said to me, he is a very good worker. And he has no need to further development. That means he wants to stop his learning, he wants to stop his development.
What do you think about it? Are you thinking for anybody no need to keep developing, no need to keep learning? I don't believe so.
If you are doing excellent work. You need to do more excellent work also next most excellent work.
Yes I think development of your work is not for yourself. Its for your surrounding peoples. As early as they can respond to your work , as early as they can understand to your work . That means your work is improving.
So what is my thinking? As a human being you have to learn at the beginning of your life to the end.
However you are good of your work. If you are a good worker. You have an opportunity to be a better worker and also an opportunity to be an excellent.
You can't stop your improvement. Today you are doing excellent. Tomorrow you must do more excellent.
If you think development is not required for you and sit quietly at home or any other place. Tomorrow is not yours, tomorrow you must finished.
Please give a chance to tomorrow to choose you by improving work, quality, service, learning etc.
