The opinions of those you dislike or disagree with on some things shouldn't dictate your beliefs.

That's giving your enemies the power to define you.

Russian promotion of western anti-war or anti-globalist voices, those opposed to foreign aid, and those skeptical of entangling alliances is completely understandable given the interests overlap. That doesn't make any of those positions wrong or give cause to dismiss them just because Putin is a tyrant.

Russia, as well as big oil and gas companies, have long financially supported environmental movements that happened to paradoxically oppose nuclear power as well... it doesn't follow that one therefore shouldn't care about the environment because they hate fossil fuels.

The Koch brothers long supported organizations like the ACLU, and advanced goals like drug legalization, immigration acceptance, and police accountability. That doesn't mean the left should have abandoned those positions just because two rich people they didn't like agreed with them in those areas.

People who have long supported advancing space exploration are now saying there's other things Elon should spend his own money on instead, despite advancements of SpaceX substantially making space exploration significantly more affordable than NASA ever could, saving money overall, because they don't like the fact that he's rich and an insufferable troll.

Skepticism about alphabet agencies like the CIA, FBI, NSA, and of the concept of trying to dictate the affairs of other nations with the application of American power, etc. is being abandoned by those who historically have been the most vocally opposed in part because they don't like Tucker Carlson.
