Squid Rings With Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

750 grams Large Squid, peel and cutted 1 inch
1 1/2 tablespoon Lime juice
1 Beaten Egg
1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
1 1/2 tablespoon Grated Garlic
150 grams Flour
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon Chicken Stock Powder
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Fat for Frying

Black Bepper Sauce

1 Onion, long slices
1 tablespoon Cornstarch, melted with 1 spoon of Water
2 tablespoons of Tomato Sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon of Black Pepper
200 ml of Water
1 tablespoon Butter for sauteing
Salt and Sugar


Making Steps

In medium bowl mix squid ring with lime juice, set aside about 1/2 hour.
In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, pepper, chicken stock powder, salt, oregano and beaten egg, mix well.
Enter The squid one by one into dipping Flour and covered the squid well.
Heat the fat for fry, and add in the covered squid into fat but not too crowded.
Cooked till done and golden about 40 minute with medium heat, lift and drain in paper towel.
And do the same for the rest squid. Set a side

Black Pepper Sauce: Saute onion until fragrant, enter all sauses and black pepper powder, thicken with mixture cornstarch and seasoning with salt and sugar. Shimmer for awhile and off the fire.
Prepare the serving plate, put the fried squid on the plate and pour the sauce ontop, best serve with warm white rice or with fried potato.
