Vege Cream Soup

Ingredients


25 grams Butter

1 small Onion, roughly chopped

150 grams Carrot, small chopped

400 grams Tomatoes, small chopped

375 ml Water

1 teaspoon Celery, chopped

Salt and Pepper

Parsley, chopped


Making Steps

Melt the butter and cook onion slowly till flavor, add carrot, tomatoes, celery and water, let it shimmer and carrot coked, off the heat and cooling down.

When it cold pour into blender macine, don't forget to seasoning it with salt and pepper.

Reheat and ready to serve, garnished with chopped parsley.
