mirzaa ghaasemi is a delicious food and its a traditional food for Gilan province in #Iran ; Created in rasht city by governer of Naser al-Din Shah Qajar << Mohammed Ghasem khan>> in 1863.
its a very popular meal in whole country of #Iran today.
ingredients ( for 4 ) :
Eggplant (medium and Slim) 5
Garlic 6 or 7 cloves
Tomato 2
Egg 3
Oil 3 SP
Turmeric 1 TSP
Salt 2 TSP
black pepper 1 TSP
grill the eggplants in high heat for 3-5 mins
squash tomatos and and a little bit salt to them
put tomatos on low heat for 15-17 mins.
remove eggplants skins . ( but not all of them . skins makes food delicious )
squash eggplants and add salt . squash garlics . then put them on medium heat for 3-4 mins . keep mixing them during the cooking.
add turmeric, black pepper and add tomatos to eggplants. cook for 5 more mins.
this what you cooked <_-
and remember we serving this meal with bread in iran.
you can also put your << mirzaa ghaasemi >> in refig for up to 5 hours . it causes your food get better taste.

A delicious sounding receipe. I think that the vegetarians in the middle eastern regions have really figured out how to make tasty, satisfying veggie meals. I don't find the western style veggie meals as good. They seem to all be just some kind of salad derivative. I think I will try out your receipe this weekend, thanks for sharing!
