How to prepare

- Place the flour in a large bowl, form a hole in the middle, and put the yeast mixture in the middle.
- Put the olive oil in the middle as well, turn the mixture and start the process of kneading.
- Continue kneading until dough is tight.
- Put the pot in oil and put the dough in it.
- Cover the container with a clean cloth and leave it in a warm place to ferment, that is, until the lid doubles and may take from 50 to 60 minutes.
- Put a little flour on the table, then separate the dough and knead it.
