That's the way the cookie crumbles

A common way for some humans, to make other humans work for them, is to exploit biologic weakness for sugar.

In our office, the system works like that as well. And that is ok. But something bothers me... Please take a look at this picture and try to see what's wrong here:

See? The container label has different picture of cookies than those inside it. This is not a factory mistake... This is because of recycling the bin for using it from one cookies batch for the other.
The question as, are those containers being washed? My guess is no.

So the next question is are there germs in this bin? And if there are more than should be, are they getting to the top cookie, or just stay at the bottom?
