HOW TO CREATE THE PERFECT HEMP INFUSED COOKIE (THE TIMELESS cookie recipe)

Its 6am in my beautiful island of Trinidad and sitting at the foothills of the Blanchisseuse rain forest enjoying the chilling winds blowing in from the north. Sipping on my blend of cinnamon, garlic, nutmeg  and dried orange peel , ohhh cant forget the turmeric  very important for circulation .so  im here sipping my blend and thought to myself., how to please my custoners. Yes thats right i call my supporters #CUSTONERS . Firstly let me just stick a pin and go of the beaten path here. I never really bake with a plan, i just meditate on my custoners and aim to please them and like magic my hands just do what they need to do, its almost as if i have a little chef ghost that just takes over my body and add its own ingredients . Remember every thing you do, first do it in love and always at the pleasure of others , that is the fastest way to success and fulfillment of the heart and soul. We can choose to be known for our greatness of skill or known for our riches. Riches come and go, but a good name is worth more than any gold and positive rewards will always befall you.with that said lets get back to our story at hand. So in my meditation i got up and said yea... we need some coffee in this bad boy. so there i was adding my sugar and infused coconut oil and spices and essences . Looking through my cabinet i came across a pack of coffee that i brought back from my Grenada trip, so you know.... while i was foraging through i came upon a bag of pecans and immediately grabbed at it like A cheap playstation 4 on a black Friday sale in walmart. Now, there i was in the deep, dough kneaded  pecans added and chocolate chips crushed in, that was it, my masterpiece complete and i was deserving of a nice cold bottle of natural spring mountain water. Like a homeless man digging through the trash i scoured the fridge but  i couldn't find my water that i  previously made a 3 mile hike the day before to obtain. frustrated and a bit upset i came across a bowl of cherries and prunes and other fruits that were soaking in spice rum and cherry brandy..Oh my what was this precious offering left for me by the cake Gods, was it meant to quell my impending assault of an emotional rant about personal space? What ever it was , it was now in my hands and the "finders keepers " rule came into effect. An extra attachment to an already dangerous flavor gun, what more can i ask for, that was the proverbial "icing on the cake" Legendary status was in sight. This little guy was about to make waves with my custoners . so i rolled out the dough and placed the fruity goodness in between and folded that mocha dough over it, spreading the love all around . While rolling the dough into a cylindrical log i can already envision this masterpiece and all its contrasting and complementing flavors. All negative thoughts cased aside only hopefull thoughts for this optimist and his visions of smiling faces and people knocked out from the potency of the thc infused oil ..GLORIOUS          Pans greased and floured and cookies were being cut out . Oven up to temperature and these scrumptious morsels were going into the fire... because of the extra moisture content and size of the cookie the traditional 12 minute cook time held no importance here.We were cooking with the big dogs and extra heat and time was needed. So oven cranked to 375f and timer set on 17minutes  and in the words of the mad genius Dr. Frankenstein "IT'S ALIVE!!!!!"  these  little guys lit up the kitchen with their festive aroma. It was Christmas in February but Santa would think twice before he decide to gobble down one of these guys with his milk. With a rustic look as if they were created in a humble dirt oven in france, my senses were just shooting off like fireworks on the forth of July or independence day in Trinidad and Tobago . Mouth watering, cookie in hand and senses in over load these little angels had an imminent date with my TasteBuds .     The burst of flavor was so intense not even skittles could taste this rainbow. the immediate taste of the coffee was complimented and balanced with the semi sweet chocolate chips, but the chew taste of spice brandy, cherries and prunes  shocked my tongue like a defibrillator to a chest and the earthiness of the pecans brought me back down to earth.. It passed the test and was now ready for the tasting pleasure of my custoners . thSo that was the story of Bert's blanket (sesame street joke) i hope it was entertaining and at the same time informative please make sure to upvote and keep uptodate with my adventures . blessed love and remember . COOKIE RECIPE 

  1. 3 CUP OF FLOUR
  2. 1/2 TBS BAKING POWDER
  3. 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
  4. 1 TBS OF CINNAMON POWDER
  5. 1/4 TSP SALT 
  6. 2 TBS YOUR FAVORITE COFFEE 
  7. 4 TBS WARM WATER
  8. 3 TBS OF EGG REPLACER OR 1 EGG OR WHAT EVER YOU USE AS THE EQUIVALENT 
  9. 2 CUPS OF BROWN SUGAR 
  10. 1/4 CUP OF INFUSED HEMP OIL
  11. 1/4 CUP OF CHOPPED PECANS 
  12. 1/4 CUP OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS (CHOPPED) 
  13. 1/4 CUP OF FRUITS SOAKED IN CHERRY BRANDY AND SPICE 

CREAM THE SUGAR AND OIL IN  A MIXING BOWL . AT THIS TIME ADD THE COFFEE AND EGG OR REPLACEMENT IF YOU DONT EAT EGGS. IN A SEPARATE BOWL COMBINE THE DRY INGREDIENTS (FLOUR/BAKING POWDER/BAKING SODA/SALT/CINNAMON POWDER). ADD THE NOW MIXED DRY INGREDIENTS INTO THE WET INGREDIENTS AND LET MIX IN A STANDING MIXER UNTIL COMBINED AND A SEMI DRY TEXTURE IS REACHED. THE DOUGH SHOULD BE DRY TO TOUCH BUT THE CONSISTENCY OF PLAY DOUGH.

 ROLL OUT THE DOUGH IN A BIG CIRCLE AND ADD THE CHOCOLATE AND PECANS. GIVE THE DOUGH A FOLD LIKE HOW YOU WOULD ADD BUTTER WHEN MAKING PASTRY DOUGH. DO THIS A COUPLE OF TIMES AND ROLL FLAT AGAIN. FINALLY ADD THE FRUITS AND FOLD IN AGAIN JUST AS THE FIRST TWO INGREDIENTS. BY THIS TIME YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR PANS GREASED AND FLOURED . MAKE SURE YOUR OVEN IN ON 375F AND PREHEATED .U CAN EITHER USE A 3INCH DIAMETER COOKIE CUTTER OR 1TBS SPOON MEASUREMENT . THIS RECIPE WILL YIELD EXACTLY 2DOZ COOKIES EXACT MAYBE 2 EXTRA. if using a cookie cutter the dough should not be more than 1/2 inch thick
