well, I love cooking. then i cook π
once, i really want to eat canai, but it was raining outside.
then suddenly i remembered, i have those ingredients needed for making it.
well, actually it takes few hours to finish it, but i really enjoy the bread roll π
here i'll share the ingredients:
300 grams wheat flour.
1 eggs
some milk
35 grams margarine.
Salt to taste.
Vegetable oil for rubbing.
- Prepare a big container, so that you have no trouble in stirring it.
- Add the flour and add a little salt(don't too much if you don't want you bread roll become salty). Mix, then add margarine. Stir back until all the ingredients are well blended.
- Next, insert the egg and milk slowly into the dough. Mix and knead until the dough is smooth.
- Divide the bread dough into sections. Store the dough in a place that can be closed for about an hour (i smear them with oil).
Close the storage area using plastic. - then, take the dough and shape of each dough into a round. (i made it into 16 spheres)
6.Neat the shape of dough by rolling and forming it elongated. Allow back for up to 30 minutes. - After 30 minutes, take the bread dough and flatten by hand until the thickness is approximately Β½ cm only.
- Spread the oil on the flattened bread dough.
Heat a frying pan flat on the stove with medium heat. - bake them until they are perfectly cooked.
- Cane bread was ready to be served. Instead, serve while warm either with a curry or as a snack (i sprinkled them with sugar)
