cooking day; canai (bread roll)

well, I love cooking. then i cook πŸ˜„

once, i really want to eat canai, but it was raining outside.
then suddenly i remembered, i have those ingredients needed for making it.

well, actually it takes few hours to finish it, but i really enjoy the bread roll πŸ˜„

here i'll share the ingredients:

300 grams wheat flour.
1 eggs
some milk
35 grams margarine.
Salt to taste.
Vegetable oil for rubbing.

  1. Prepare a big container, so that you have no trouble in stirring it.
  2. Add the flour and add a little salt(don't too much if you don't want you bread roll become salty). Mix, then add margarine. Stir back until all the ingredients are well blended.
  3. Next, insert the egg and milk slowly into the dough. Mix and knead until the dough is smooth.
  4. Divide the bread dough into sections. Store the dough in a place that can be closed for about an hour (i smear them with oil).
    Close the storage area using plastic.
  5. then, take the dough and shape of each dough into a round. (i made it into 16 spheres)
    6.Neat the shape of dough by rolling and forming it elongated. Allow back for up to 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, take the bread dough and flatten by hand until the thickness is approximately Β½ cm only.
  7. Spread the oil on the flattened bread dough.
    Heat a frying pan flat on the stove with medium heat.
  8. bake them until they are perfectly cooked.
  9. Cane bread was ready to be served. Instead, serve while warm either with a curry or as a snack (i sprinkled them with sugar)
