Super easy blueberry sauce.

Tonight I'll show you how to wow any dinner guest. It's easier than you think. This simple blueberry sauce starts with 2 cups of frozen berries(use fresh if available), 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar. Bring this just to a boil.

Using the same measuring cup that you used for the berries(less messy dishes) mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1&1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch. Pour this into the cooked berries and stir over heat for about a minute until thickened.

Let cool and serve! Scroll back to the top pic to drool over the finished sauce-now get in the kitchen and show off you skills.

I make the same type of thing with my left over summer berries. It's great on top if cheesecakes or as a little extra on top of ice cream.
