Guys, I don't know a complex historical background for this, so if you don't mind, maybe I'll mention the ingredients right away.

Materials what you need for the cooking
- 60 dkg of potatoes
- 10 dkg of sausage
- 5 dkg of smoked bacon
- 12 dl vegetable stock
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 bay leaves
- pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp marjoram
- 1.5 dl sour cream
- 1.5 tablespoons fine flour
How you can make it❓
- Cut the sausage into rings, dice the bacon. Melt both in a pot, then remove the bacon and sausage scraps with a filter spatula.
- Saute the finely chopped red onion in the remaining fat until it becomes glassy. Sprinkle the red pepper, stir, remove from the heat, add the diced potatoes, stir, pour over the stock and return to the heat.
- Add the marjoram, pepper and bay leaf, cover and cook for approx. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Mix the flour with the sour cream, then add a large spoonful of soup and mix until there are no lumps, then pour it back into the soup. We boil it one more time, put the fried bacon and sausage back in, and serve immediately.
