GRANOLA [Paleo, Glutenfree]

in cooking •  8 years ago

Here is a challenge that my boyfriend gave me : to prepare a crusty, gooey granola with a taste of honey. Done ! After a lot of trials…

The most important ingredients are the nuts for the crunchy, the dessicated coconut for the gooey and the honey for the crusty. I added some buckwheat flakes to add this little taste we love. If you can’t find it, it isn’t that bad.

It goes pretty well in coconut yoghurt with berries. In some almond milk, it’s so delicious !

This recipe is #paleo and so #glutenfree.
