Healthy eating : Chicken satay noodles - Step by step instructions.

As some of you know i have been cutting down and trying to lose some podge!

My weight fluctuates depending on what side of the bed it's gotten out of usually the wrong side!


So i thought i am going to use this as my blog and diet diary!

Healthy eating does not have to be boring

Tonight's tea is : Chicken Satay Noodles

Ingredients :
Marinated Cubed chicken breast- Marinade :(Soy sauce, Black pepper, honey, Chinese five spice and a splash of Whole earth Peanut butter)

Chopped button Mushrooms
1 chopped red pepper
1 diced brown onion
3 diced spring onions
A pinch of smoked sea salt

Prepacked soft noodles

Step 1 - Make your marinade, dice your chicken and marinade chicken

Step 2 - Dice all vegetables and put to one side

Step 3 - Place a drizzle of oil in a pan/wok and heat

Step 4 - Empty marinated chicken into the ban and seal (i.e white on the outside) the meat

Step 5 - Once chicken is sealed(i.e white on the outside) add your diced vegetables to the pan!

Step 6- Once the veg is heated through but is a little aldente( packs a little bite/crunch) add the noodles to the pan and stir in & a few minutes later

Your Chicken satay noodles are ready. MMMMMMMMMM!

Side note : Please ignore the omelette looking product on the left - this was a failed attempt at foo young
