I really loved cooking many types of different Filipino food and one of my best specialty is cooking sinigang na baboy or pork. The sinigang is a popular dish here in our country. It is delicious and its well known for its sour broth taste. The sinigang can be cooked using different types of meat like fish, beef, chicken or shrimp, but I preferred cooking the pork one, because it is also my favorite from those meat.

Now, I am going to teach you the easy steps to make and cooked your sinigang na baboy. First thing we need to do, is to prepare all of the materials and things we need.
Pork meat
Gabi
Onions
Green chilli
Sinigang mix or tamarind mix
Fish sauce or salt
kangkong, okra or sitaw

Cut the pork meat an inch size, then wash it thoroughly, wash all of the other ingredrients too. Boil and simmer the pork meat for 30 minutes with low fire, to get the consistency and the right tenderness of the meat. Add the onions, green chilli and gabi, then wait to simmer for another 10 minutes, if you want to make your soup to become more creamier, then try to simmer for more minutes, to solute the gabi and it will going to turn as a creamer, after that you can now add the fish sauce or salt to flavor it with some saltiness, then add the sinigang mix, okra, kangkong or sitaw. Wait for another 1 minute then turn of the fire, because the green veggies are going to cooked very fast. You can now enjoy and serve the hot sinigang pork. You can also do the same process in cooking other types of meat, but the beef needs to cook for a longer time.
