A few weeks ago I got a kefir sponge. Kefir is a fermented milk drink with a sour taste, made using a culture of yeasts and bacteria.
You made kefir when you put sponge or culture in a fresh milk and wait 24 hours for fermented. If you have it in hot place is made sooner, if is in cold place is made later or is stop production if is too cold.
And because here is winter we heat up our house and making is fast and I have a lot of kefir that I don't drink all. So I watch what I can do with it and I try with some sort of pancakes. Here is some pictures.
But there are the problem. I don't know what recipe is, because I don't write or mesure it.
