Flourless Banana Bread

Today I baked a healthy banana bread.

This is my recipe:

2 ripe bananas
1 cup of ground almonds
1 tablespoon oil
3 eggs
0,5 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
honey

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Put the ingredients in a blender and blend until a fine powder forms. Optional you can put some blueberries or chopped almonds into the smooth mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then bake on the middle rack for 35 minutes. Turn the oven off, but DON’T open the oven. Let the bread sit in the closed oven for another 10 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool completely before going around the sides with a knife, then inverting onto a plate.
