How to Make Eggs Benedict | Brunch Time

in cooking •  6 years ago

Our Sunday breakfast. Can't do anything wrong with Eggs Benedict.

Full recipe:

Prepare poached egg:
A large pot of boiling water, using a spoon make a vortex and then carefully pore the egg inside the water. Turn off the heat, cover the pot and in 4 minutes you have a poached egg.

IN THE MEANTIME

Prepare the Hollandaise sauce:
Use double boiler technique. Add two egg yolks with salt and lemon juice, start mixing. After mixing a while you add 250g melted butter slooowly! The sauce is done, keep it warm. The best place is in thermo bottle.

Finishing:
On a toasted bun add ham, smoked salmon, smoked tuna or try our combination with caramelized onion and grilled mushrooms. Add poached egg, hollandaise sauce and season it with black pepper, cayenne pepper or fresh herbs.

Bon appetite!

I'm interested about cooking and also editing videos. But I'm not professional.

Your video is cool! How long did you spend editing this video?

Anyway, thank you for the recipe. I will try it

Thanks for the words! We usually prepare first the storyboard that takes us a whole day. The next day we shoot for about 6-9 hours it depends from recipe. After we got it all filmed we are editing 3 days the footage to get the end results!
See you around.
