If you travel to Osaka, there are a lot of restaurants which provide お好み焼き (Okomomiyaki, a Japanese style pancake that includes seafood, meat, and lots of vegetables). Nowadays, some websites would introduce how to make the Okonomiyaki from flour, but not including the sauce.
Actually, the price of Okonomiyaki sauce in Hong Kong is quite expensive (and too sweet for us), so my husband tried to make it by himself...
And...
He succeeded!!!!
Now I would like to introduce how to make our homemade sauce here, and hope you would like it^^
What are the ingredients?
Ketchup: 2TBS
Worcestershire sauce: 2TBS
Sugar: 2TSP
Balsamic vinegar: 1TSP
PS: you can try to tune the ratio of ingredients by yourself to make a perfect match sauce for you.
How to make?
Just mix those 4 seasonings, then place it on your Okonomiyaki!!!
