Health Platter

You should give your children a nutritious amount of food and not that much carbs maybe some meat once in a while but a health platter is best for your children and you like how I give my children a certain amount of food my children have lots of energy and are really healthy by using this health platter method they love broccoli more than ever now and always beg me for carrots!
