Chicken chops with stuffing
Ingredients
- 3 eggs;
- 400 g of chicken fillet;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- a few twigs of parsley or dill;
- 1 tablespoon butter;
- 1 teaspoon of mustard;
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream or mayonnaise;
- 100 g of flour;
- 80 g of breadcrumbs;
- a few tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Preparation
Boil 2 hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into small cubes. Scrunch the chicken with salt and pepper on all sides.
Mix the boiled eggs, chopped greens, softened butter, mustard, sour cream or mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
For one half of each chop put the filling and cover the second half. Roll the chicken in flour, then dipped in a whipped raw egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs on all sides.
In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the chops for about 3 minutes on each side until golden.
