INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast-250-300 gr.;
• carrots-1 PC.; - onion - 1 PC • ;
- potatoes – 3 PCs.;
- homemade noodles-100 gr.;
- chicken seasoning-1 pinch;
- salt, pepper, dried garlic-1 pinch (to taste).
STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE
Cook the chicken broth and remove the meat from it.
Chop the meat.
Cut the carrots, onions, potatoes and put them in the broth.
Cook vegetables until ready.
Add meat to soup.
Add spices, noodles and cook it until ready.
Serve the soup with herbs.
If you have the whole chicken, I'll bet you could make your own broth instead of using the chicken seasoning. Just take the bones and boil it in some water to make the broth. If you can throw in some vegetables, that would be good too.
