CHEVAPI by Filutin (Famous Balkan meal)

Every balkan warrior has a special bond with chevapi and pljeskavica kind of meat! It's like a ritual and every now and then a desire is born in my balkanese blood to ravage some chevapi!

To simplify , these are "meat fingers" usually from young beef or boar or the combination of both and more!

Simply throw them on hot oil, make sure you burn them good on all sides until they get a golden-dark color, cut through one to see if it's still bloody inside. Serve with fries and mayo/tartar sauce!
