INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Clear eggs
- 180 grs. White sugar
- cda vanilla essence
- lemon zest
- artificial color
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
In a bowl beat the three egg whites until stiff, add the sugar little by little until there are no lumps, add the essence, the artificial color and the lemon zest then continue to beat until peaks form.
In a tray with waxed paper place the meringue with spoonfuls or with a pastry bag.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes, until you see that the sighs have begun to dry. Remove from the oven and ready ..... to eat ...... They can be stored in airtight bags or containers.
