cheese sponge

Material:

6 butirtelur

100 grams of sugar

125 grams of low / medium protein flour 25 grams of corn

15 grams of milk powder

50 grams of grated cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese

100 grams margarine / butter, melt, chill 1 tsp emulsifier (me: not pake)

How to make:

  1. Whisk the eggs, emulsifier and sugar until stiff, put the flour, cornstarch and milk powder while sifted and mix well.

  2. Add cheddar and parmesan cheese, mix well. 3. Pour margarine / butter melt, stir slowly until blended.

  3. Put in a 20 cm rectangle with margarine juice. I oven for 25 minutes with a temperature of 160 darles, remove, let the new room temperature polish buttercream and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese, cut into pieces, serve.
