Today's quote of wisdom originates from Celine Dion. I really like the mentality of the quote, because it has to do with finding real value and having true friends and followers. So often we try to adapt to the world, meaning that we do what the world wants us to do, we say what the world wants us to say, and we wear what the world wants us to wear. Why? Because we want to be cool and get followers in the world.

But, do you know what? I believe that we are really cool if we dare to be ourselves and to wear what we want to wear, if we say what we want to say, and do what we want to do. There are times when you will have to adapt to the world, in order to get a job or to fit into a team... it is kind of making a compromise. It is okay to compromise at times, but when it comes to living your life, you better live it the way that you want to live it, and not end up in a box in which you are surrounded by the walls created by the people around you.

Once again, the really cool thing is to be yourself. It might not make you a big influencer on Instagram, because after all, they have to post compromising pictures or do things they might not always feel convenient doing... but they do so, in order to feed a starving crowd of followers who will move on to the next influencer in the moment they get bored watching the content shared by a previous favorite!
