The video I have for you today is coming from Bridgeview Ill a Suburb of Chicago. Pink camera Magic was conducting a first amendment audit on the Cook County District 5 courthouse, where security guards engaged contact with her by asking what she was doing. What your about to see will most defiantly infuriate you. Here is the video.
About 2 weeks ago, Pink Camera Magic contacted me and told me about this incident that took place and was concerned that the footage was deleted permanently. So with expertise I instructed her to send me the card so I can recover whatever footage I can find. I WAS SUCCESSFUL.
After the incident she stated that about an hour or two into her detainment she went before judge PETER FELICE, he made her delete the footage right in from him but somehow the footage was already deleted by Don Milazzo, who was the officer who snatched the camera out of her hands. The judge ended up seizing SD card and told her if she were to film the building again she would be in contempt however she was never charged with a crime. After releasing her she was ordered to return in two days. 2 days past she went before the same judge and got her SD card and the judge comment to her was have a nice day.
Well these guys are not going to have a nice day.
Don Milazzo happens to be a verified counselor for a company call Positive Life Counseling Services. I believe that this man needs to have a lesson in the first amendment. When your conducting yourself in the color of the law, you will have not choice but to accept the consequence of the people who have grievances.
I also want to note there is body cam footage which I am in the process of obtaining.
For factual purposes this incident happened on Wednesday March 28th. 1 final note PCM filed a formal complaint on Don Milazzo in the case number is 1 1 g 1 8 - 0 0 0 0 1 4 1
