- Open the CorelDRAW X7 app and create a new work page.
- Draw up a location plan with the freehand tool or pen tool available in the tool box as shown below.
- Set the outline thickness size by clicking the line then click Outline width on the menu bar and specify the size of the size.

- Select all lines and press Weld to merge the line.
Next select all objects, select the Object - Convert Outline to Object menu or press CTRL + SHIFT + Q on the keyboard.
Next right click on the black color and left click on the white color on the color pallate.
Use the text tool to create a street name like below
