Upvoted:) ...if questioned, how do you substantiate the claim of medical exemption (real or not)? Who has the authority to verify your claim? I am asking since the majority has no clue about that the medical exemption even exists. Just curious :)

Thanks. I'm not questioned. I tell them I have a medical exemption and I'm under no obligation to disclose anything further. One asked me if I have the "paperwork" and I said there is no paperwork, it doesn't work like that.
Call their bluff.

I like your approach to this issue!
I am sure your post would create attention at https://tsusocial.page.link/t6yc No hijacking of your post/comment intended here, really. It is provoking that how many people feel entitled to enforce this mask requirement! They are supporting a "cause" just like the Brownshirts did ~ 100 years ago https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sturmabteilung

Sturmabteilung
The Sturmabteilung (SA; German pronunciation: [ˈʃtʊɐ̯mʔapˌtaɪlʊŋ] (listen)), literally Storm Detachment, was the Nazi Party's original paramilitary wing. It played a significant role in Adolf Hitler's rise to power in the 1920s and 1930s. Its primary purposes were providing protection for Nazi rallies and assemblies, disrupting the meetings of opposing parties, fighting against the paramilitary units of the opposing parties, especially the Red Front Fighters League (Rotfrontkämpferbund) of the Communist Party of Germany (KPD), and intimidating Romani, trade unionists, and, especially, Jews – for instance, during the 1933 Nazi boycott of Jewish businesses.
The SA were colloquially called "Brownshirts" (Braunhemden), from the color of their uniform shirts, similar to Benito Mussolini's blackshirts.

"Q: Who does the ADA protect?
A: The ADA covers a wide range of individuals with disabilities. An individual is considered to have a "disability" if he or she has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, has a record of such an impairment, OR IS REGARDED AS HAVING SUCH AN IMPAIRMENT." https://www.ada.gov/q%26a_law.htm
