Interesting. It may not go exactly the same in the US due to the differences in type of population immunity, but this is a good look at what the weeks ahead may look like here.

BA.1.1 and BA.1 are the main Omicron sub-lineages in the US right now, but BA.2 should eventually displace them.

BA.1.1 and BA.2 look to be more transmissible than BA.1, but vaccines are effective against all of them. They shouldn't significantly change the course of the pandemic.
