Surly Brewing - Todd The Axe Man review.
Oh what a great beer this is. Pours a bit hazy orange with a very faintly off white head of one to two fingers.
Aroma of grapefruit and other citrus, with a little bit of mango or other tropical fruit.
Taste is pretty much on the same as the smell. Bitterness comes through, with a well balanced sweetness.
Overall I give it a 4 out of 5. The only thing that holds it back to me is the price. Close to $15 for 4 pint cans. Not overly expensive but not a daily drinker in my book.
Get this Minnesota beer when you can. You won't be disappointed.
