Keep working, stop paying #22

in crapitalism •  6 years ago

Ok, dear reader, here we are again where I try to convince you that money is not the necessary evil that you have been indoctrinated to believe that it is.

We are led to believe, from the earliest age, that money is important.
Why, without it nothing works.
We simply must follow the rules set by those that control us with 'money'.

Why we all agree to play by these rules is beyond me, but I have probably read things that you don't know exist.
It's like the secret library below the Vatican.
Those that control us know what is in it, and they keep that knowledge from us to control us.
But, give us bread, and circuses, and we care not who sits on the throne.
Smdh.

On any given Tuesday the workers of the world can throw off the yoke of the banksters.
All they have to do is keep working, but stop paying.

I know that the people that controlled the ideas that went into your head have indoctrinated you to believe we would overconsume to the point of crashing the system, but that isn't possible unless production comes to a halt, and hopefully, we have enough adult empaths amongst us to rein in the children.
Provided the production continues, the stuff in wallyworld will pale quickly.
The stuff on amazon soon after that.

If you could walk into any store and have anything you wanted for free, how much stuff would you cram into your house?
At what point would your consumption overload your carrying capacity?

As a worker, doing the work so others can consume, when do you get mouthy with your neighbor over his pile of crap?
What do you teach your children about the importance of working to repay what they have already taken from the work of others?

Picture a world where you can have anything you want.

It would be like you were a billionaire now.

Want to get on an airplane to Tahiti?
Schedule it, that's kind of a small place, so reservations would be required by the airlines carrying you there.

IF you sail there, then there you are.
You brought your bed with you.

How is this utopia to be had?

You got to leave your love of money behind.
You got to leave behind the indoctrination given to you by people that live in the lap of luxury because of your belief in the value of their money.
Value that goes to them because they understand the game better than you.

You will never enter their privileged ranks, but you can dream, right?

Or, you could keep working and stop paying.

Then it is game over for them.

You've noticed that when somebody is invested in an idea that they hold dear they stretch the truth to justify their continued support, and belief, in the thing.
They will never admit that they are wrong, and if you force them into a corner and they do actually face the truth, they forget about it in a couple days and go back to their belief bubble.
It's sad, really, but what do you do?

Anyway, the workers did all the work of the world today, as long as they continue to do that work consumer goods are on the shelves whether the accounting department falls off a cliff, or gets real jobs.

The average worker would only notice the difference in the reduction of work hours and increase of leisure.
I guess they would notice the free food, housing, and consumer crap, too.

Instead of working extra on Saturday to save for vacation, they can actually take a nice one.
Maybe when they get where they want to be they will join in the production there.
It's a free world.

The math I have says that ~20k hours of productive labor is sufficient to supply the world with whatever it wants.
Now, I can't prove that to be true, but we can safely deduce that with total employment alone, the current amount of hours would be divided between more people.

The world only needs so many shoes, and workers to make them, after all.

Now before you amateur economists start with the supply signals mantras, demand determines supply.
Proper warehouse procedures stocks enough to smooth out supply issues.

If you can't give your shoes away, make something else.
If you can't keep your shoes on the shelves, ask for more help from your neighbors.
Not enough neighbors? Ask on the web.

It's not that hard.

The hardest thing is to get over your indoctrination.
That takes effort.
Ready to do that?
Probably not,...
Smdh,...
