Cred's crypto lending platform today announced that the payment giant Visa has joined the "Fast Track" program.
According to Cred, this step "will make it easier for the project to access the coverage, capabilities and security offered by Visa. The integration will allow Cred to send interest payments directly to customers' bank accounts in the Visa system, as well as to issue cryptocredit cards, with which it will be possible to get a loan in fiat currency without the need to sell digital.
Initially, the new features will be available in a limited number of jurisdictions, but Cred plans to connect new users in 2021.
The "Fast Track" program was launched in July 2019 and is aimed at financial companies wishing to take advantage of Visa's opportunities, resources and services to accelerate their growth.
In April, Startup Fold was accepted to participate in the program, which will issue a card with the ability to earn cashback in bitcoins instead of the usual points. Strike and LastBit startups, whose activities are related to the Lightning Network, also joined the program.
