During the fourth ODI between Cricket South Africa and India, South African cricketer Imran Tahir was reportedly abused verbally and racially by one of the spectators in the crowd. It is learnt that the security team at the Wanderers are investigating the incident. The incident occured during the "Pink ODI" on Saturday at Johannesburg.
According to CSA, Tahir was "verbally and racially abused by an unknown man" in the crowd.
A video doing rounds on Facebook shows Tahir talking to fans. The only words that could be made out from Tahir was him saying "I have family too". Sources say that several spectators could be heard accusing him of being a bad sportsman.
