I think its inevitable that more and more jobs will be taken by robots, and technological advancements will keep our world taking steps toward automation.

Agreed. Don't think it's something to worry about either. It will only hurt those who refuse to adapt to changes and plan appropriately. Only an insane person would opt for a career performing menial tasks that can be easily performed by a machine at this point in human history.
Flow with the go (my BJJ brothers know what I mean) and you'll be fine. Education as always is key. Whether formal or informal.
Some sophisticated jobs would be lost as well, but for the most part, the highly educated will be just fine.
Imagine having a good paying job, a car that drives itself, a robot maid that cooks your meals and cleans the house, and a sex bot to release stress :)
Sounds good to me.

lol you summed it up rather well, technological advancements will continue to make our lives more comfortable, from fire to the internet and beyond.

Manual jobs will be going by the wayside more and more, and I think law enforcement is no exception. Eventually, the technology will be there.

Agreed, theres little things like self checkouts popping up in stores all around me, seeing self driving cars on the road, and this guy who lives down the street from me recently fired his 2 part-time gardeners, and got a drone lawnmower lol. Not to mention things like DAO's and DAPP's on the ethereum network running smart contracts.
