Its quiet funny and clownish wen pple say criminals aint smart enuff to use certain tins.very well for me i wud not affirm wit dis statement.cos whether we like it or not.this same group of pple we call smart ar the one's causing most of the world economy problems .they think too fast.since they ar always tinking of how to do tins d crooked way,they tink twice as much.and leastbwe forget criminality is becuming more prifessional.pls we shu tink of how to b proactive rather than how to castigate the criminally minded persons.
