The longtime rivalry between Cris Cyborg and Ronda Rousey might very well make it to the WWE ring here soon.
While the two never took on one another in the UFC Octagon, Cyborg is out here telling Rousey that she'll take on the WWE's newest sensation in a wrestling match.
There's one problem with this. Cyborg also told TMZ Sports that she doubts Rousey would accept a fight between the two longtime rivals.
"If she don't fight (me) in MMA, I don't think she gonna agree fight (me) in WWE," Cyborg said.Cyborg noted that her beef with Rousey is over. But if this is not a challenge, we don't know what is.
It would definitely make for some good times in the WWE.
For her part, Rousey just recently signed a deal with the league. She's set to team up with Kurt Angle in a WrestleMania match against WWE commissioner Stephanie McMahon and legend Triple H.
From a pure popularity standpoint, Cyborg against Rousey would be all sorts of awesome. Cyborg comes in as the ninth-most popular figure all-time in the SNIPdaily UFC Top 100 and Rousey was third behind Conor McGregor and Dana White before exiting for the WWE.
