وتدور الأحداث حول فارس في الـ 20 من عمره لم يتم الكشف عن اسمه، اشتبه فيه قبل أيام من انطلاق بطولة العالم للفروسية في "تايرون - Tryon" بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية المنتظرة في 11 سبتمبر، بأنه "قام بمفرده أو مع شركاء، باستغلال شابات جنسيا خلال مسابقات في الفروسية" في ألمانيا وخارجها.
