We all experiences the mini crash of wednesday: Crypto's dived about 33% & some were close to extinction, with losses over 98%! The skeptics came out of their hiding and already started gloating - but a little too early. The market recovers very well.
Maybe there are too many tokens and that is a kind of "inflation" as Andreas Popp explains. That however is not the reason for the price crash. The reason must be that too many people rushed to the market place, got disapointed and said good bye again.
We kept our stiff upper lip and smile. We believe in the underlying value of this market and it will develop further. Maybe there will be some battles. People are gossiping China and Russia want to stop it. Think something else is going on: they want to create their own blockchains and now just scare people away as much as they can from the existing blockchains - just because they do not know - yet - how to control it and make money out of it.
A government warning against the emerging blockchain technology and applications makes me think about the good old mob asking for pizo. They come to your business place and tell you they will protect you against all kind of evils. Goes without saying they are the ones bestowing this evil if you do not pay...
We should not loose optimism. There will be battles and of course you should always worry what big people with big money running countries and banks can do to you... They have a tendency to take at least half your assets because..... they protect you!
