Steemians… we are the first pioneers in this crypto industry and it is ALLLL of our jobs to not only help grow the steemit platform, but also to help spread the word for the whole crypto currency industry.

How do you expect the whole industry to go mainstream? It isn't going mainstreem from the news media or Wall Street, but instead from you and me…. the first set of crypto pioneers!

We must spend our free time talking and spreading the word about cyrptos to not just coworkers, friends, family, neighbors, ect, but also spread the word to strangers! I spark up conversations with random people all the time. Standing in the line at your local grocery store, or even talking to that server that is preparing your food. I am always #steeming and frankly we all should be☺ .

I have been working like it is my second job to grow Steemit :), BUT it takes so long to verify new Steemians!! We need to speed up the verification process, because it is hard to keep peoples interested if it takes two weeks to verify. I have a few eager steemians that are still in the "verification" process. We have to speed up this process if we want to take market share from the other social media giants (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). What can we do to help the community?

By the time of posting both users have been accepted. Is this still going to be a problem with creating the smart phone app?
