New to Steemit

This is my first day on Steemit and I have no idea how it works, other than people get to like and comment and earn crypto cash. Anyone mind sharing some tips or tricks?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
