Do You Have Good Luck Trading Altcoins?

                                                                 

First of all, I am a gambler, an unlucky one too, I mean I've played chess, checkers, chinese checkers, pool and was pretty good at these, but these aren't gambling, when I played cards, dice or any other of these games where the results are randon I usually lost, that's not even taking into account if you are up against a card sharp which also isn't really gambling, because  your chances are nil. Just to give you an idea I have never in my life won a game of Monopoly, because it's random and dice are involved. Since a few years ago I started playing video poker, and here I lose at a rate of about 20 to 1, yes for every 21 days I play I win 1 day the rest are pure losses, but I'm starting to think this game isn't random, I think there's a midget in every machine who decides what the machine will play and somehow for some reason the midgets don't like me.

This reminds me of a saying they have in Latin America, I'll try to translate it in a meaningful way, in Spanish it's "Soy tan salado que si me compro un circo seguro crecen los enanos" or in English "I'm so unlucky if I buy me a circus it's for sure that the midgets grow."

Anyway about the trading, I had 22 SBD in my Steemit account and I just had to see if I could really send them to an exchange, I was going for Poloniex but I read a lot of articles here saying Poloniex wasn't the best bet, so I opened an account at Bittrex, it was easy, then I got the memo code, went to Steemit opened the transfer SBD form and sent the 22 SBD's to Bittrex. It took about 2 minutes and there they were. So now I wanted to buy some altcoins I looked up what they have there and I liked the name Ubiq, I did a Google search and saw it had been growing healthily so I sold my SBD for Bitcoin and then I bought 15 Ubiq coins at about $2.30 each, transaction was made very easily so I now had UBQ, but as soon as I bought them I looked at the price and it was already down to $2.22.

                                                               

Well that was 3 days ago, I just looked up the price and it is at $1.71 right now, sure you'll say but you but these things are for the long term eventually it might go up, and when I looked it up in Google I remember one guy said he was sure it would go up to between 10-30% of the price of Ethereum . Well I don't believe that now, I think I have some kind of jinx, people say I am too negative, what does negativity have to do against a video poker machine? 

So the lesson here is, if I ever give you trading advice and I mean like if I tell you to buy a certain coin, don't do it, you'll certainly lose.
