Saw this story in the NY Times, and thought ya'll would find this interesting... Bunch of folks trying to avoid possible harsh taxes on their newly-minted fortunes (understandably so) chose to help Puerto Rico re-build after the disaster; at the same time taking advantage of the country's lenient tax policies without having to give up their American citizenry! How cool!! Who wants to start planning a trip to Puerto Rico...
