OpenSea Launches iOS & Google Play Mobile App
It’s finally here.
We know we’re not the only ones who have pulled up the app store and typed in, ‘OpenSea,’ only to be surprised when there were no results.
Honestly, we have to say the same thing with Substack, too.
Nonetheless, we did see some interesting apps pop up, like NFT Art Maker.
Well, we have to wait no longer, friends, it’s finally here.
OpenSea, amid insider trading controversy, rolls out NFT marketplace app
Riding the wave of interest in non-fungible tokens — unique, collectible digital assets built on the blockchain — the largest NFT marketplace, OpenSea, is launching an app for users in the Google Play and Apple App Store on Thursday.
OpenSea’s website saw two million transactions, totaling $3.4 billion in trading volume, in August.
The app launch follows news that one of the company’s employees participated in an NFT insider trading scheme.
Insider inschmider, amirite?
They have an app now.
Truth be told, we’re not actually sure if it has even come out yet today.
We haven’t been able to find it on the iOS app store.
So, perhaps it’ll be out in a few hours?
They said Thursday — as in today — right?
