The Supreme Court struck down a federal law that required states to ban gambling on the outcome of sporting events.

This could be the beginnings of a huge shift in sentiment across the USA. Even though DECENT.bet is licensed in Dominica and possibly Malta soon this news is still great for any online casino. Many Americans are nervous about playing online. Any kind of news that legitimizes an industry is good in my books!

    The U.S. Supreme Court acted Monday to bust Nevada's monopoly on legal sports betting, allowing more states to get in on the action and reap,,
    The top court ruled 6-3 to strike down the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act. The 1992 law barred state-authorized sports gambling with some exceptions.
