We are committed to the completing and Sunsetting the refund program on the 31st of October 2023 and so to ensure that the refund program meets it’s disbursement goals, we recently announced an update to the platform that would enable users upload their payment proofs after receiving their refunds, we are proud to see that some community members are making use of the feature to share their payment proofs to the community.

We want to also encourage old members who has accessed the refund in the past few months to also upload their proofs in the portal and we promise to share them!.

A special submission was made in telegram by a member who got refunded, the member shared a short video of their refund process and we would be sharing that video directly on our Telegram Channel.
