Pokémon game on the LN makes it easy to process Bitcoin payments

Software engineer João Almeida unveiled a fun way to experiment with micro-transactions powered by Bitcoin's LN. Dubbed Poketoshi , the gaming platform allows gamers to play Pokemon by paying 10 Satoshi per order (a Satoshi is worth a hundred millionth of a Bitcoin)

Players are free to interact directly on the platform through a chat room . A virtual controller gives players the ability to define their commands. Payments are made through the OpenNode payment processor, on the Bitcoin Lightning - demonstrating the network's ability to manage micro-transactions and facilitate payments in BTC.

The cryptocurrency community makes the weasel

Poketoshi users were quick to iron out the old rivalries between Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and supporters of the LN.

The BCH promises results similar to the LN, while the new game Almeida outbid and is welcomed positively in the industry of virtual currencies.

Nevertheless, this is not the first time the LN network has been creatively highlighted. Earlier this month, an anonymous young man created Satoshi's Place , a virtual wall of graffiti powered by the Lightning Network (LN). Each pixel costs 1 Satoshi and the digital table can be repainted to infinity. The political, social and economic demands were quick to emerge, as well as the persistent rivalries between Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash.
