With the official launch of our token dashboard this week, bounty participants have been able to sign up and check their token balances, and daily recording numbers through the LangNet Bot have been growing steadily. To further incentivize members of our community to get involved and contribute language data, we have several data crowdsourcing bounty campaigns under wraps that we will be announcing very soon. LangNet at Consensus 2018 in NYC ✈️
LangNet Founder & CEO, Rob Lyu, attended Consensus 2018, the 4th annual blockchain technology summit, in New York City this week. During this time he had business meetings with partners, supporters, and investors.
Token dashboard LIVE & hits 13K+ total recordings 👏
Following the official launch of the token dashboard this week, daily recordings shot through the roof and we now have 13K+ recordings that have been submitted through our LangNet Bot. We are so excited to see the sheer geographical diversity of members contributing voice data. We are will soon be serving other languages besides English well. LangNet at Kookmin University 📋
The LangNet team was invited to speak to students in the College of Computer Science at Kookmin University this week. It was a great opportunity to share mission and vision of LangNet to budding computer scientists who have a vested interest in developing voice tech and next generation voice-enabled devices.
LangNet to deliver speech recognition course for professionals✍️
LangNet has developed its own proprietary speech recognition system by the name of Zeroth, and it has been listed on Open SLR for Korean. To share our knowledge and experience with the broader community, LangNet’s speech recognition lead, Lucas Jo, will deliver a 3-week speech recognition course for executives who are eager to be informed about speech recognition technology and keep up with the rapidly changing field.
