I Hate my job so much

I hate my job so much. My manager is gross and smokes ciggarets in the store and is unapreciative of the employees. My Manager is racsist and bigotted. I want to just quit and trade crypto full time but my parents don't think I should. I still live at home.My parents are old fashioned and think I should remain gainfully employed for the rest of my life. I could go and get another job but i don't really want to work so I don't think that working somewhere else would be that much better.I feel that most minnimum wage jobs are miserable and there is nothing you can really do about it until you gain some skills or knowledge;at least I wouldn't suffer from third hand smoke. What do you guys think?
