It looks like its consolidating right now and I really like their white paper. They're starting a p2p marketplace to put workers together with people looking to hire them. They already have an app up and running in Australia and are going international in March with their crypto. When you agree to do a job, you pay in CAN. The canya company takes your can and exchanges it into an escrow account backed by gold. This way if whatever job you were hired to do takes a long time you still know how much you're getting paid. With any other crypto you'd have to speculate on what the price is going to be when you get the job done. Plans to go full decentralized late 2018. If you ask me they have one of the most realistic plans out there.
